Broken Droid Production is a website set up by (myself) Rory Nee. I set this site up in the summer of 2013 so I could keep up my skills level from second year over the summer. As part of this I have designed and built this site and have successfully brought my first android app to the Play store.
I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Software Design (Web Development) since changed to Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Software Design (cloud computing). Some of the subjects that we have covered in the first two years are Mathematics, Game Development (including Python), Software Development (Java) and (C#), Web Development (Android, JavaScript, Xml Schemas, Dom – Sax – Stax parsing), Software Testing (Black box and White box), Databases (MySQL, JDBC).
In the coming year, third year, some of the subjects that we will be covering are Operating Systems and Concurrency, Software Development (Java), Software Development (C#, LINQ), Software Quality and Process Improvement, Server-side Technology, Web Development, Security, Law, Ethics, Computers and Society.
Over the summer I intend on learning some PHP and also to continue looking at java and c#. I also would like to bring more apps to market over the summer.
